Secondary Skills- Network Management knowledge

Activities to be performed.

Provide day to day operational support for the NAC Management Service.

Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of NAC setups and management.

Integration of Networking devices with Enterprise Manager (Router, Switches, Access point etc)

Troubleshooting of endpoints as per define ACL.

Configuration of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise manager

Onboarding of new networking devices into Enterprise manager

Creating SOP’s & KB’s

Troubleshooting Knowledge

Performance Mgmt & Reporting

ITIL & ITSM Knowledge

Delivery agreed KPI’s and 100% compliance to endpoints.

Firmware upgrade of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager

Identify non-compliant system from Aruba NAC report.
