Product Manager - Neuro

Job descriptionDeveloping and implementing the product strategy for neuro-related products. Identifying the target audience, including healthcare professionals (neurologists, psychiatrists, etc.) and patients, and crafting marketing strategies accordingly. Creating value propositions based on the product's efficacy, safety profile, and market needs. Prioritizing the product roadmap and managing lifecycle stage Planning and executing the launch of new neuro products in the market, including detailed launch plans, go-to-market strategies, and timelines. Defining clear product positioning and key messaging to differentiate the product from competitors. Coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, supply chain) to ensure timely and effective product launches. Developing sales materials, presentations, and training programs for the sales team to effectively communicate the benefits of the neuro products to healthcare professionals. Providing ongoing product training to the sales force, including the latest data, competitive insights, and any new clinical evidence. Collaborating with the sales team to drive the adoption of products in the neuro segment and ensure targets are met. Understanding sales feedback from the market and making product-related adjustments based on customer needs. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the neuro sector, including neurologists, clinicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions. Engaging with healthcare professionals through conferences, seminars, and educational events to promote products and gather insights on market needs. Managing relationships with distributors and other external partners in the neuro sector. Managing the brand image of neuro products, ensuring that it aligns with both the corporate strategy and patient expectations.
