To formulate brand plans on principles of Marketing Excellence, converting observations into insights and deriving at a communication and marketing plan to drive results. Driving execution of plan on time in full is also a key result area for the role
To partner with cross functional teams for planning and execution of brand plan
To drive planning and spending of A&P aligned with the activities identified, timelines and market priorities
To create customer portraits and targeted communication basis behavioral segmentation via available omnichannel marketing
To identify market opportunities and propose new products considering fitment in the existing portfolio along with a sound medical and commercial rationale, to craft the GTM strategies for the new products
