What You'll Be Doing
- . Support customers by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and systems in a timely and effective manner to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- . Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance , documenting all service activities accurately to maintain high equipment reliability and compliance.
- . Collaborate with application engineers and the plant team to understand customer field complaints, address field quality issues, and provide technical solutions.
- . Use your technical skills in understanding end applications, hydraulic schematics, and system troubleshooting to improve equipment performance and customer experience.
- . Continuously learn, update technical knowledge, and share insights , enabling better service delivery, improved troubleshooting methods, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
. Diploma or Graduate Engineer with 3-8 years of hands-on service experience in industrial equipment installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.. Strong knowledge of electronics and electro-hydraulic systems , with proficiency in understanding hydraulic products and system behavior.. Ability to read, interpret, and work with hydraulic circuits, designs, and technical documentation independently and accurately.. Proven troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis experience , including repair and service of hydraulic products and related components.. A problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset , along with clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.What You'll Get from Us
