Job Summary : We are seeking a fresher HR Executive to join our IT team. The successful candidate will assist in various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and compliance, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment Support : - Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. - Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

2. Employee Onboarding : - Prepare and coordinate new hire orientation programs. - Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.

3. Data Management : - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. - Assist in data analysis and reporting.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a fresher SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, and Recruitment Management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Configuration and Implementation : - Assist in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Participate in fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for configuration and customization.

2. Data Migration : - Assist in data migration from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors. - Ensure data quality and integrity.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance : - Participate in testing and quality assurance activities. - Identify and report defects and issues.

4. Documentation : - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.

5. Client Support : - Provide support to clients and end-users. - Assist in resolving issues and answering queries.

Requirements :
