Senior Investment Banker Role

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned investment banking professional with a strong sales orientation to lead client engagements, manage advisory teams, and drive deal closures. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in fundraising, strategic advisory, or equity sales in broking , along with proven client management capabilities and a full-on sales attitude to originate and close high-quality transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead deal origination and execution across capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory mandates.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with promoters, business owners, and institutional clients .
  • Supervise and guide a team of advisors and analysts in research, financial modelling, and transaction documentation.
  • Work closely with external advisors (legal, tax, diligence) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Drive end-to-end deal closure , from origination to execution.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or transaction advisory.
  • Strong record of client relationship management and successful deal closures .
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
