As we continue to scale globally, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR vision, culture, and people strategy across all business units.
Position Overview
The CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a holistic human capital strategy that supports the company’s growth and culture.
This leader will oversee multiple specialized HR teams managing key initiatives such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and Policy Implementation across all business divisions.
The CHRO will also serve as the external representative of the company at key industry forums, HR councils, and professional associations, showcasing the company’s people practices and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a forward-looking people strategy aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on workforce planning, organizational culture, and leadership development.
- Partner with divisional heads to ensure HR strategies support each business unit’s objectives.
- Lead and mentor a diverse HR leadership team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across HR functions.
Organizational Development & Culture
Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and employee-centric culture across all divisions.Lead initiatives in talent management, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.Drive programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion as core organizational values.HR Policy, Governance & Compliance
Design, implement, and update comprehensive HR and statutory policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements across all operating regions.Oversee HR audits, ensure compliance with employment laws, and manage risk mitigation in people-related matters.Establish clear frameworks for employee relations and grievance redressal.Talent Management & Workforce Planning
Oversee strategic workforce planning to align talent needs with business priorities.Guide talent acquisition strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent across functions and geographies.Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company as a preferred employer in the industry.Learning, Development & Performance Management
Develop and institutionalize learning and capability development programs to upskill employees for current and emerging roles.Build a strong performance management system linking individual outcomes with organizational success.Encourage continuous feedback, coaching, and leadership growth at all levels.HR Technology & Analytics
Leverage HR tech platforms, AI-driven tools, and analytics to enhance efficiency, engagement, and decision-making.Implement data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and improve workforce productivity.External Representation & Industry Engagement
Represent E-Solutions at industry conferences, HR summits, professional associations, and regulatory forums.Contribute to shaping industry thought leadership by sharing best practices and emerging trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, regulatory bodies, and HR networks.Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior / executive HR role.Proven track record managing multi-divisional HR teams across diverse business lines in the technology or professional services sector.Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance frameworks, and global HR best practices.Demonstrated success in organizational transformation, change management, and leadership development.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Experience representing organizations at industry or regulatory forums is preferred.Key Attributes
