Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads . The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple accounts, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable ROI.

This role is essential in strengthening our paid media strategies and efficiently managing a growing portfolio of client and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads , Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , and LinkedIn Ads .
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.
• Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and work with analytics tools to measure and report performance.
• Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure delivery within allocated spend.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams for campaign assets and improvements.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media.
• Support A / B testing strategies to improve CTRs, quality score, and conversion rates.
