Position : Android Developer (Java / Kotlin)

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Sector 62, Noida (Onsite)

Work Hours : 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST

About the Role :

  • We are looking for an experienced Android Developer proficient in Java and Kotlin to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in SaaS-based product development, preferably in the communication or collaboration domain. You will work on enhancing and scaling a real-time collaboration platform serving global users.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
  • Collaborate with backend, UI / UX, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize performance for scalability, reliability, and low latency.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party SDKs for real-time communication features (chat, voice, video).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android development.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and Firebase.
  • Good understanding of MVVM architecture, Jetpack components, and Android design patterns.
  • Experience in SaaS or collaboration platform development is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with video conferencing, chat SDKs, or real-time communication frameworks.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a distributed environment.
