Job Description

We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on support, implementation, and integration in a manufacturing environment. If you're passionate about SAP, thrive in dynamic environments, and enjoy solving complex business challenges, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Timely resolution of support tickets within SLA
• Meeting turnaround time (TAT) targets
• Managing ticket ageing effectively
• Identifying and resolving recurring issues (Problem Tickets)
• Contributing to SAP projects, including travel to client locations

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
