Clearlight Insights is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing fieldwork for both qualitative and quantitative market research studies. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully handled complex, multi-market recruitment and is comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing fieldwork for qualitative and quantitative projects
- Strong experience with global respondent recruitment, vendor management, quotas, and multi-country coordination
- Proven ability to manage IDIs, focus groups, online communities, IHUTs, and large-scale surveys
- Experience handling niche B2B, consumer, and healthcare audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working across US and EU time zones
