Asst Sales head :
Role & Responsibilities :
In this evident role, the candidate will report to the CITY HEAD of the Group :
- Manage a team of 10 members for the LOB.
- Identify, develop & manage strategic ties up with (corporates, Institutions, Co Leaving and Co working space, Manufacturing sector etc.) to grow the business.
- Drive strategy and execution for Sales with Executives and Business Development Managers in Team for Closure.
- New client acquisition through proper funneling of prospect.
- Meet and get the sales targets achieved by the team. Should drive Cold Calls, Daily Meeting and Sales for the city.
- Manage and maintain productivity for the entire Sales team.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensuring delivery by analyzing performance and Follow up for payments & ensuring timely collections for existing and new customers.
- Increase Business Growth through increased Sales in Top Line and Penetration of Snack and Coffee
Key Responsibilities :
Team Management & Sales Strategy :
Lead and manage a team of 10 Sales Executives and Business Development Managers.Plan, implement, and drive strategic sales initiatives aligned with organizational goals.Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure high levels of productivity.Ensure daily activity targets are met, including cold calls, client meetings, and deal closures.Client Acquisition & Business Development :
Identify and acquire new clients through a structured sales funnel and lead-generation activities.Build a strong pipeline of prospects across targeted sectors such as corporates, institutions, co-living and co-working spaces, and manufacturing.Drive B2B partnerships and alliances to maximize revenue and market reach.Revenue & Target Management :
Take ownership of achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Ensure the team meets or exceeds performance benchmarks across metrics such as closures, client acquisition, and revenue generation.Monitor and manage pricing, negotiation, and proposal processes.Relationship Management :
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.Conduct regular client engagement and feedback sessions to improve service delivery and satisfaction.Collections & Account Management :
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collections for both new and existing accounts.Track account performance and delivery outcomes to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewal.Product Penetration & Market Expansion :
Drive growth in top-line revenue and increase product penetration (specifically in the Snacks and Coffee segment).Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.Key Skills & Competencies :
Proven experience in managing B2B sales teams.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Educational Qualifications :
