Content Strategy Lead

Brief

We are seeking an experienced Content Delivery Head to lead content strategy, ensure high-quality output, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. This role acts as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for all content-related communications, working closely with clients, internal content teams, client managers, and sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in content creation, a deep understanding of the e-learning industry, and the ability to make strategic and creative decisions. Flexibility to work on weekends, when needed, to meet project deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SPOC for all content-related communications between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Delivered projects on time and with the quality agreed upon with the client.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content by coordinating with clients, content teams, and sales teams.
• Translate client needs and feedback into actionable content strategies and ensure successful execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance and ensuring satisfaction with content outcomes.
• Review and approve content to ensure alignment with client goals, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Lead and guide the content team, providing creative direction and feedback to drive content excellence.
• Proactively manage content timelines, resolving issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stay flexible and available to work weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications :

Fixed CTC 50K to 80K Per Month

Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written
