Here's What You'll Do

• Lead Engineer is assigned to a project as a key member of the HVAC design team who will be doing engineering activities to carry out HVAC design work based on standard company procedure / other procedures
• He is also responsible for ensuring that the Group's technical policies, are followed, considering any special contractual requirements.
• Timely completion of design and engineering deliverables.
• Job responsibilities include Heat load calculation in excel and Trace, Area Classification, Pressure Zoning and AHU Zoning, HVAC Room Book (Summary of Heat load & Design parameters), Reheating capacities, Calculations of Exfiltration and Infiltration air, Preparation of Air Flow Diagrams, Duct, and piping pressure drop calculations and Ducting Quantity, Pump Head calculation.
• Preparation and Checking of BMS logic Diagrams, Creating P&ID, and AF&ID sheets.
• Leading Inter discipline coordination & Client Meetings and preparation of meeting notes.
• Maintaining Hold List / Comments Logs & CRS / Assumption List time to time for each project.
• Should have very strong communication skills.
• Develop working relationships across various disciplines & adherence to Dept. / Discipline Working Instructions and Quality Systems.
• Working within company budgets.
• Monitor & check, that the work and progress is in-compliance with the project requirements and schedule.
• Client relationship management. Meet client expectations and maintain long-term relationship with client. Attend to client's feedback and any complaints.
• Preparation of Audit Documents.
