We’re looking for a Head of Design who can turn creative chaos into pure textile magic — and lead a team of wildly talented designers without losing their sketchbook or sanity.

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Looking Fabulous)

• Lead, guide, and occasionally rescue a team of passionate designers.
• Shape the creative direction for rugs, pillows, throws, and hard home .
• Spot trends before they hit Pinterest — and make them better.
• Work with sales and merchandising to make sure your genius ideas actually get sold.
• Balance big ideas with real deadlines (yes, that’s possible).
• Keep the vibe fun, the designs fresh, and the team inspired.
