Job Title : Infrastructure Engineer (AWS CDK with TypeScript)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in AWS Cloud Development Kit (AWS CDK) using TypeScript. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using modern Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. You will apply strong TypeScript fundamentals and Node.js ecosystem knowledge to build reusable CDK constructs that manage AWS resources efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AWS infrastructure as code using AWS CDK with TypeScript.
- Migrate and build scalable cloud networks and applications, including VPCs, subnets, NAT gateways, and EC2 / Lambda deployments.
- Author reusable TypeScript constructs leveraging interfaces, classes, generics, and types.
- Use AWS CDK CLI commands (cdk synth, cdk deploy, cdk diff) to deploy stacks to AWS regions.
- Manage Node.js package dependencies with npm for CDK projects.
- Write unit tests for CDK constructs and infrastructure code using Jest (or similar frameworks).
- Debug deployment errors and troubleshoot runtime issues in AWS environments.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to implement secure, highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented infrastructure code.
Requirements
4+ years of overall DevOps experience, including 2+ years of AWS DevOps.Strong proficiency in AWS CDK with TypeScript.Solid knowledge of TypeScript fundamentals : interfaces, types, classes, generics.Practical experience with Node.js and npm package management.Hands-on experience with AWS services : Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Subnets, NAT Gateways, and Security Groups.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (minimum 1 year each).Familiarity with Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CLI, and Python.Proficiency in debugging CloudFormation stack failures and runtime infrastructure issues.Strong understanding of AWS best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.Excellent communication skills and ability to write clear technical documentation.Offer Details
