About the Role-
We are seeking an energetic and hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations for our service and field workforce. The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring for blue-collar roles and managing on-ground HR processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment to exit. This is a 6-month contractual role, extendable based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment (50%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for service employees (essentially blue collar jobs)– from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Indeed, Job Hai, Work India , and other platforms.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various blue-collar positions.
Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.
Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
B. HR Operations (50%)
Onboarding & Documentation :
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and complete documentation (both digital & physical) for all new joiners.
Attendance & Leave Management :
Maintain accurate attendance, leave data, and on-duty punch-in / punch-out reports in KEKA .
Payroll Coordination :
Support monthly payroll processing by sharing verified attendance, leave, and overtime data with Finance.
Compliance :
Assist in ESIC, PF , and other statutory compliance activities — ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Employee Grievances :
Address and resolve day-to-day issues related to attendance, salary, leaves, and workplace concerns.
HRMS & Data Management :
Keep employee master data updated in HRMS and prepare related MIS reports.
Insurance & Benefits :
Coordinate with insurance partners for medical claims and maintain proper records.
Field HR Support :
Manage transfers, ID card issuance, uniform distribution, and other HR support for service teams.
Engagement & Welfare :
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, welfare drives, and retention efforts for the blue-collar workforce.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field .
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or blue-collar / service workforce management.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Indeed, Job Hai, and Work India .
Proficient in MS Excel (able to create dashboards and reports) and HRMS systems ( preferably KEKA ).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and engaging directly with field teams and vendors.
