Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations , including hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just an HR professional but also a culture builder — someone who understands people, startup energy, and team motivation.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from posting jobs to onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles (operations, trip captains, marketing, content, etc.).
Build a strong pipeline of talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
HR Operations
Handle onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Manage HR software / Excel sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and help resolve workplace issues empathetically.
Contribute to creating a strong, positive, and transparent work culture.
Performance & Policy
Support in implementing HR policies, appraisals, and goal-setting systems.
Assist management in designing performance review processes and incentives.
Track employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
Compliance & Administration
Handle basic HR compliance (PF, ESI, offer / relieving letters, etc.).
Coordinate with finance for salary processing and reimbursements.
Maintain HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.

Have 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Are familiar with startup environments or fast-scaling teams.
Are comfortable managing multiple roles and functions independently.
Have strong communication and people-handling skills.

⚙️ Tools & Skills Preferred
HRMS tools like Zoho People, Keka, or similar platforms.
Google Sheets / Excel proficiency.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)
Basic understanding of payroll & compliance processes.
