We’re looking for a proactive and organised Medical Coordinator to join our friendly team at the Rhodes ADFCC. In this important role, you'll help support Australian Defence Force (ADF) candidates through the medical and psychological stages of the Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) process. You’ll be the key link between our clinical team and candidates—managing records, coordinating appointments, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a full-time position reporting to the DFR Team Lead – Medical Coordinator, and offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive team while making a meaningful contribution.
