Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Human Resources professional. The HR professional will be responsible for handling daily HR tasks such as managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management. Additionally, they will handle HR-related queries and provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in implementing and managing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the FinTech or blockchain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
