About Nitro Commerce :

Nitro Commerce is a Gurugram-based, AI-powered SaaS startup delivering advanced tools to help e-commerce and D2C brands drive user engagement, conversions, and loyalty. Its technology stack-including Nitro X (cookieless user tracking and consent), Nitro Collab (affiliate & influencer marketing), and Nitro Store (AI-backed personalized commerce)-caters specifically to businesses facing rising acquisition costs and privacy-driven challenges. The company has achieved rapid growth, serving 250+ brands including Caratlane, Revlon, and BIBA, and recently raised $1.8M in seed funding.

Role Overview :

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will own strategic relationships with Nitro's high-value brand clients. Your mission : drive renewal, expansion, and maximize lifetime value through consultative engagement, cross-selling, performance analytics, and a deep understanding of Nitro's tech suite.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Retention & Renewals :

  • Serve as the primary account lead for top-tier clients.
  • Ensure strong renewal rates and predictable revenue growth.

Expansion & Cross-Selling

  • Identify expansion opportunities across Nitro X, Nitro Collab, Nitro Store, and other solutions.
  • Develop tailored proposals and business cases for upsell opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Strategic Consulting

  • Leverage client data to highlight conversion improvements and ROI.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and optimize KPIs and campaign objectives.
  • Custom Onboarding & Enablement

  • Support clients with strategy and best practices to deploy Nitro's solutions effectively.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Tech, Customer Success, Product) to deliver seamless execution.
  • Market & Competitor Insight

  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings (e.g., MoEngage, Wigzo) to provide value-based counsel and product feedback.
  • Contract Negotiation

  • Collaborate with legal / finance teams to manage renewals, contract enhancements, and terms discussions.
  • Client Advocacy

  • Capture testimonials, success narratives, and drive meaningful case studies that highlight client wins.
