Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Ad Tech and Media to lead large-scale, cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing complex Ad Tech projects, data-driven operations, and platform integrations. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, defining key performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for Ad Tech and Media projects, ensuring seamless integration of platforms and successful delivery.
- Manage large-scale data pipelines and optimize processes for efficient operations and ad ROI measurement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Technology, and Design) to identify dependencies and develop effective delivery strategies.
- Define and track key performance metrics to assess project performance and drive improvements in ad ROI, campaign performance, and operational excellence.
- Oversee talent acquisition, team setup, and retention strategies to ensure that the right expertise is in place to deliver successful outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and client objectives.
- Drive strategic execution and deliver exceptional client engagement, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps and project plans that meet business requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the Ad Tech and Media industry, with a focus on programmatic advertising, media planning, campaign management, and platform integrations.Proven track record of managing end-to-end project execution for large-scale, distributed teams.Strong expertise in programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, contextual advertising, server-side ad insertion (SSAI), ad ROI measurement, and advanced analytics.Experience with key Ad Tech platforms and technologies (e.g., Google DV360, the Trade Desk, etc.).Strong knowledge of data engineering, large-scale data pipelines, and real-time data processing.Expertise in defining and tracking performance metrics, risk management, and continuous process improvement.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies, technology roadmap development, and client engagement strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams to align on project goals and strategies.
