Responsible for increasing the Branch's Sales volume, exceptional customer services, acquisition of new customers and business development.

Eligibility :

Profile Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 1+ years of sales experience in Banking / NBFC / FMCG etc. A flair for sales and marketing is mandatory.

Job Description :

• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
• Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence.
• To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
• Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.
• Candidates with Gold Loan experience are preferred.
