The Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) Industry Market contains the following industries : Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation that includes Mobility-as-a-Service. SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Detailed knowledge of financial analysis, ratio analysis and basic understanding of financial modelling

Market research (primary and secondary)

Support the team on marketing pitches, teasers, information memorandum, corporate profile, etc

Should be well conversant with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Assist the team in business development activities to build a database for business opportunities / new mandates in the identified areas such as fund-raise, M&A, etc

Good communication skills both written and oral (including report writing)

Strong and well rounded business understanding and structured / analytical approach to problem solving

Ability to take the ownership of the assigned task

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

B.Com / BBA or any other relevant bachelor degree

Preference will be given to candidates pursuing / completed CFA L1 / L2

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in investment banking or transaction advisory or fresher with required skill set
