About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate with 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development , particularly with exposure to the stock market and finance sector . The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying and converting new business opportunities, while also nurturing and growing existing client relationships.
This role demands strong communication skills in both English and Hindi , along with proven expertise in managing the full sales cycle-from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the stock market / finance domain.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Reconnect with old leads and convert them into active clients.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Present and negotiate effectively with clients to close deals.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 1–2 years in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in stock market / finance).Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.Strong knowledge of stock markets and financial products is a must.Proven track record in handling the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Salary & Benefits
