The Role

You will be responsible for :

Handling calls in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile

US Voice Process)

Location :

Wagle Estate, Thane

Experience :

Minimum 1 year in International Process (US, UK, Australia process preferred)

Employment Type :

Full-time, Immediate joiners preferred

Work Schedule :

Night Shift, 5 days a week

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international process (US, UK, Australia).

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in US sales, customer service, retentions, collections, or medical billing.
