Role Overview
We are looking for a
Data Analyst
who will collect, organize, and analyze data across IMCO’s ERP, production, sales, and purchasing systems.
The role focuses on turning large volumes of operational and business data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and decision-making.
This person will work closely with management to prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis as per business needs — including performance tracking, variance analysis, and trend identification.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Consolidation
Gather, clean, and organize data from ERP, sales, store, purchase, and production systems.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple sources.
Analysis & Reporting
Perform regular and ad-hoc data analysis as directed by management.
Generate dashboards and reports for KPIs such as production output, efficiency, sales performance, inventory levels, and procurement trends.
Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies to support process improvement.
Visualization & Presentation
Create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Present findings clearly to management and operations teams.
Data Process Improvement
Recommend improvements in data collection and reporting processes.
Support integration between data systems and reporting workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, and Store departments for data inputs and validation.
Work with management to define analysis requirements and metrics.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of
MS Excel
(pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.) and familiarity with
Power BI
or similar visualization tools.
Working knowledge of
ERP systems
(experience with manufacturing ERPs preferred).
Basic understanding of
SQL ,
Google Sheets , or data manipulation tools.
Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
Good communication skills to interpret and present data insights clearly.
