Marketing Generalist

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Generalist to join our team in Pune.

If you enjoy bringing marketing ideas to life — from offline events to paid digital campaigns — this role is for you!

You’ll work closely with the brand and growth teams to execute both on-ground and digital campaigns, ensuring impactful, seamless, and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives — exhibitions, events, partnerships, and retail activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Support paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) — manage creatives, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Assist in data building, lead generation, and audience segmentation.
• Manage on-ground collaterals, sampling, and visual merchandising.
• Track and report KPIs across offline and online initiatives.
• Collaborate with brand, design, and growth teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas for engagement and storytelling.
