Job Overview

Join EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior member of the End User Platform Services BOT Team, located in Hyderabad. This full-time role allows for a professional with up to 10 years of experience to contribute to our mission, leveraging expertise in emerging IT technologies to drive the digital transformation journey of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Ansible or Puppet for effective deployment and management of IT resources.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory management to enhance security and improve user management processes.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions like SCCM or Intune for managing and securing devices across the organization.
• Expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V to optimize server resources and improve scalability.
• Familiarity with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow to streamline service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Comprehensive understanding of endpoint security solutions to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Experience with remote desktop services to support efficient problem-solving and connectivity for diverse end-user environments.
