We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Onboarding Team Lead to manage and streamline the onboarding process of freelance interview panels. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, ensuring smooth sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with panel members to deliver high-quality hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters handling freelance interview panel sourcing.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of panel members.
- Utilize recruitment tools like Naukri and LinkedIn for effective sourcing.
- Maintain high-quality standards aligned with client needs.
- Build long-term relationships with panel members and address escalations promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve onboarding and client delivery goals.
- Provide regular performance reports and ensure team targets are met.
Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.Proven team management experience is mandatory.Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.Experience in IT recruitment and freelance consultant management is a plus.Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Why Join :
