The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, ensuring smooth sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with panel members to deliver high-quality hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters handling freelance interview panel sourcing.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of panel members.
• Utilize recruitment tools like Naukri and LinkedIn for effective sourcing.
• Maintain high-quality standards aligned with client needs.
• Build long-term relationships with panel members and address escalations promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve onboarding and client delivery goals.
• Provide regular performance reports and ensure team targets are met.
