Job descriptionStrong Python coding skills (emphasized as essential) Advanced Excel proficiency Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word) HIPAA-compliant data management experience Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) preferred Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) preferred Strong project management capabilities People management and mentoring skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication (verbal and written) Ability to work in international matrix environment Willingness to work US hours with 3-4 hours overlap Managing data aggregation projects from conception to delivery Developing data management and reporting systems Working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data Client relationship management and communication Team leadership and mentoring Coordinating with US-based teams and clients Managing project finances and deliverables
Experience & Education :
- Bachelor's or advanced degree
- 8-10 years of professional experience
- Proven experience with patient and / or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market
