Job Description - Ancillary Services Adviser
Job Responsibility :
- Adviser needs to call on the database provided to generate leads (prospects for availing ancillary services) for our business partners.
 - Qualified leads to be transferred to the point of contact of the respective business partner immediately.
 - Doing aggressive follow up with the POC for feedback on the leads transferred.
 - Updating database on the ‘status of the leads’ based on feedback received.
 - Full Accountability on revenue generation via collection by getting cases disbursed by business partners.
 - Quarterly targets need to be achieved by meeting monthly targets.
 - Follow Up with ‘Prospects’ & ‘POC’ (Point of Contact of the Affiliated Company) is top most priority and it needs to be done via both telephonic conversation (primarily) & direct visits (face to face when required). Focus will be entirely on conversion.
 
Attributes Required :
Basic Communication Skills : The concerned person should posses basic communication skill in terms of English, Hindi and Bengali for preliminary interaction with prospective customers.Computer Navigation Skills : The concerned person should be proficient with computer navigation as he / she needs to handle applications like C Zentrix and CRM simultaneously.Flexibility & Hygiene : The concerned person should be flexible enough to stretch and accommodate as per process requirement (if required). Should be okay with rotational week off. Should maintain basic work hygiene.Mobility : The concerned adviser should be flexible to visit client’s & affiliate’s place / office for coordination & follow up whenever or wherever its required.Target Oriented - The candidate should have sales acumen and target oriented. Should be driven by incentive.
