Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Content Moderators proficient in Nepali or Bengali to ensure a safe and trustworthy platform experience by reviewing and moderating user-generated content. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the language, cultural awareness, and prior exposure to moderation, customer support, or content review roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, monitor, and moderate content (text, images, video, audio) in Nepali or Bengali according to platform policies and community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate content that violates safety, legal, or ethical standards.
- Ensure decisions are consistent and in line with team standards and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address edge cases or sensitive content.
- Stay informed about cultural trends, language-specific nuances, and evolving community risks.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
1 to 5 years of experience in content moderation, customer service, BPO, or trust & safety roles.Fluency in Nepali or Bengali – both written and spoken.Good understanding of cultural context, local slang, and sensitivities of the target language.Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs .Strong attention to detail, emotional resilience, and decision-making ability in high-pressure situations.Skills Required
