Purpose of the Position

Schedules and facilitate TA assessments, courses, programs, and support services to help candidates / employees show and improve their job knowledge and skills. (Start with either Procedure Writing and Quality First assessments, expand based on capabilities and availability).

Designation : Associate, Talent Acquisition, India (Trainer)

Experience : Fresher to 1.5 Years

Location : Bengaluru (Work From Office)

Job Description :

Strong ability to pay attention to details & plan and conduct effective business conversations and communications (convey and comprehend messages) in English (both verbal and written)

Facilitate training and communicate information and ideas so that others will understand and learn

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Basic experience with performance management principles and customer service best practices

Good communication skills, professional, open, patient

Positive, aligns with company culture, could handle work pressure

Consistently displays behaviors under each SPARK Pillar according to the defined standards and targets
