Job descriptionCollaborate with Qentelli’s leadership team to write profiles, interviews, and narratives that showcase their vision, expertise, and accomplishments. Support leadership with external communications, including panel discussion write-ups, conference preparation, and industry-focused publications. Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry innovations to support content creation. Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure accuracy and relevance in technical content. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical documentation, presentations, and knowledge repositories. Create and maintain internal content such as process documents, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases. Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align technical content with Qentelli’s brand messaging and objectives. Partner with HR and employer branding teams to create recruitment campaign content and other branding materials. 4-8 years of professional experience in technical content writing, technical documentation, or business analysis roles. Previous experience in IT / Technology, Digital Transformation, or Software Engineering companies preferred. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to tailor content for diverse audiences. Strong portfolio of published technical articles, whitepapers, or leadership content. Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and leadership. Experience in writing for leadership or C-suite executives. Understanding of marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and social media Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
