Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new B2B leads across assigned verticals (corporate L&D, colleges, training partners) to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns; convert inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects to demo stage.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles : discovery, solution demos with product teams, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with Delivery and Customer Success to design customised proposals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform pricing, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within EdTech or SaaS environmentsStrong lead-generation and cold-calling experience with measurable conversion outcomesProficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and pipeline managementSkilled in proposal writing, commercial negotiation, and closing dealsFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outbound outreach techniquesComfortable working On-site in India with regular field / client visitsPreferred
