Location : India — On-site role

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new B2B leads across assigned verticals (corporate L&D, colleges, training partners) to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns; convert inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects to demo stage.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles : discovery, solution demos with product teams, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Coordinate with Delivery and Customer Success to design customised proposals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform pricing, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within EdTech or SaaS environments
  • Strong lead-generation and cold-calling experience with measurable conversion outcomes
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and pipeline management
  • Skilled in proposal writing, commercial negotiation, and closing deals
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outbound outreach techniques
  • Comfortable working On-site in India with regular field / client visits
  • Preferred

  • Experience selling to corporate L&D, higher-education institutions, or digital learning partners
  • Exposure to SaaS pricing models and enterprise procurement processes
  • Advanced Excel skills for sales reporting and forecasting
