Requirements

Technical Requirements :

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in developing scalable and distributed systems using core Java

Proficiency in collaborating effectively across global teams

Hands-on experience with Spring and building RESTful APIs

Proficient in creating responsive UI using modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React

Exposure to deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns

Proficient in SQL for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis

Experience with agile software development lifecycle

Familiarity with multi-dimensional data, data curation processes, and data quality improvement

Basic knowledge of business processes, data flows, and quantitative models

Ability to think independently, embrace challenges, and adapt to new technologies

Knowledge of big data frameworks such as Spark is a plus

Proficiency in working with microservices architecture

Knowledge of cloud-native development practices and serverless computing

Understanding of security best practices in application development and deployment

Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in a distributed

environment

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for infrastructure as code

Functional Requirements :

Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership

Experience leading medium- to large-sized teams

Proficient in working within a Scrum / Agile framework and methodology

Excellent communication skills and adept at managing relationships with client stakeholders
