Description : Role Overview :

As a Data Solutions Engineer III, you will lead complex customer data integration projects from conception to deployment.

This role involves architecting scalable data migration strategies, handling advanced SQL and ETL challenges, and driving technical discussions with senior stakeholders in government and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a technical lead and advisor on large-scale integration initiatives.
• Architect and implement robust ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and automation frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored integration strategies that meet unique client needs.
• Drive process automation and performance optimization for migration workflows.
• Analyze complex data models, recommend structural improvements, and ensure alignment with OpenGovs ERP data standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical oversight to the Data Solutions Engineering team.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data quality assurance and deployment validation.
• Engage in strategic discussions with customers to align business outcomes with technical deliverables.
