Job description

Job Title : Regional Training Manager (Mumbai & Hyderabad)

Job Summary :

Responsible for training and developing the pharma field force to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and field performance. Conduct field coaching, induction programs, and capability-building initiatives to support sales growth and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct induction & ongoing product / sales training for field teams
Provide field coaching, joint calls & mentoring
Develop training content, assessments & digital learning tools
Identify capability gaps & execute improvement plans
Ensure compliance with promotional & medical guidelines

Requirements :

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Science); MBA preferred

5–10 years pharma sales / training experience.

Strong communication, coaching & presentation skills

Willing to travel extensively
