About the Role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis : Track performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Multi-site Coordination : Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
  • Team Development : Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  • Project Handover / Takeover : Ensure smooth transitions, following defined scopes and protocols.
  • MIS & Documentation : Manage weekly / monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  • Cost Optimization : Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.

Qualifications

  • Education : B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
  • Experience : 7–10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management. Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is preferred.
