Area Collection Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Allocation of accounts based on geography to collection representatives & daily tracking of collection status of accounts in DPD>
• Daily updates from FOS regarding the collection status for allocated accounts
• Ensuring smooth coordination with the Legal team for preparing legal and repossession notices for customers when applicable
• Assessment of asset quality for repossessed assets
• Resolution of unresolved cases of non-payment of dues and track account wise collection performances
• Monitor and review the performances of collection representatives and resolution of non traceable cases through agencies and taking daily updates on chronic cases through random samples
• Regular field visits of agencies and customers for RTP and critical cases
• Auditing the geographically assigned agencies in terms of compliances
• To train the agency supervisor and his team members in processes and policies of the organization
• Monitor the flow of cash from the vendor and their channels on a daily basis
• Must be responsible for new vendor empanelment for the organization
