Role Overview

As an Assistant – Finance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day finance operations and ensuring timely and accurate financial processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience working with financial systems like SAP FICO.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice & Vendor Management

• Process operational invoices in Blue10 and SAP FICO.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve debit balances.
• Manage vendor onboarding and updates.
