Coordination and collating of documents from various departments for getting the issuance of legal Notices, Corporate Notices to Disbanded Clients etc.Preliminary review and drafting of Agreements, documents, letters etc.Assisting in maintaining and updating the legal cases MIS.Sending reminders for Agreements with new clients and renewal of expired agreements.Preliminary reviewing Petitions, collating documents and sharing with Lawyers.Preparation and maintaining of various reports as per requirements of the Management.Handle communication and coordinate with all the stakeholders etc.Knowledge of online court filing systems and searching of cases.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Working experience of 2to 6 years as Legal Assistant with law firm
- Decent familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Research
- Proficiency in English with Drafting skills
- Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
- LLB from the reputed institute + CS (would be given an additional preference)
