About the Job :

MaxIQ is seeking an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in Python, Django, AWS, and Redis to join our dynamic team! As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building responsive and scalable applications using Python, Django, and associated technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and the Django framework
• Build and optimize APIs, database schemas, and data pipelines to support product functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, and product managers
• Lead development efforts in specific projects and mentor junior engineers where applicable
• Integrate with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and manage Redis for caching and performance optimization
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and continuous refactoring
• Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow best practices in software design and delivery
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution
• Stay updated on evolving technologies and share insights to improve team performance and product quality

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
