Job Description :
We are seeking skilled Microsoft engineers to lead the design and development of advanced call center automation solutions and AI-powered bots for patient engagement. This role involves leveraging Microsoft technologies to streamline contact management, improve patient interactions, and enhance operational efficiency through intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy automated contact center solutions using Microsoft platforms (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365).
Build and integrate AI-driven virtual agents and chatbots to communicate effectively with patients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, IT, and customer service to align solutions with patient needs and business goals.
Implement natural language processing (NLP), speech recognition, and machine learning capabilities to enhance bot intelligence.
Ensure solutions meet compliance, privacy, and security standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Monitor system performance and continuously optimize for better user experience and scalability.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors / Degree in Computer Science or other technology field
Proven experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure Bot Services, Power Virtual Agents, Dynamics 365, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Strong background in contact center infrastructure and patient-facing automation tools.
Experience in developing and deploying AI / ML-driven applications.
Familiarity with healthcare workflows and compliance requirements is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
