Job descriptionThe internship will be for a duration of 6 months. This internship position will be converted to a full time role before or after completion of 6 months of internship depending on performance. The selected candidate will need to work from office in Hyderabad. This is not a remote role. Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution, helping HRBPs address Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition and Contribute to performance management activities, including goal-setting, feedback Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to track key metrics such as headcount, Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams to understand organizational needs and Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments. Contribute to organizational initiatives such as talent reviews, learning programs, and Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and Support recruitment and hiring processes, including coordination, screening, and Graduate, OR, a Post graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.
About the Role
We are looking for a HRBP intern who can start immediately.
Must Have-
- Completed either a BBA or MBA
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in using MS - Excel and MS - Word
