The Opportunity

PureSpectrum is looking for enthusiastic and proactive People & Culture Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core functions of People & Culture – Talent Acquisition, Onboarding Assistance, and Employee Engagement and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team that prides in creating meaningful and world-class experiences for its employees and stakeholders.

This is a 3-month, full-time internship based out of our Hyderabad, India office (5 days a week, in-office position).

Your Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Understand job descriptions and role specifications for open positions and assist with sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support in maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate database.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling candidate and organizational information.
