About the Role :

The Lead .NET Developer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of web applications using .NET technologies. The role involves working on scalable, secure, and high-performing systems while mentoring the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and driving innovation through modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and reusable technical solutions.
• Review code, conduct peer reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Manage and guide team members, ensuring timely and quality delivery of modules.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies, taking ownership of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines and ensure best practices for deployment and version control.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure optimal performance and security.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
• Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements for process and performance optimization.
