Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate .NET Lead Developer to join our growing software team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a commitment to building high-quality, scalable applications. You’ll lead a team of developers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.

Expertise in .NET Core , C# , Entity Framework Core , LINQ , and SQL Server .

Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles , API development , and asynchronous programming .

Experience leading development teams and managing project delivery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred / Nice to have

Hands-on experience with React JS and TypeScript .

Exposure to Azure Cloud , Microservices architecture , or DevOps pipelines .

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
