Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager (Essco HWS Retail) based in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining shelving, and managing stock levels. The role includes daily communication with customers and team members, ensuring the retail space is well-organized, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and shelving
• Knowledge of stock management and retail operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Relevant experience in the retail or home improvement industry is a plus
